District Education and Training Bhavan Objectives and Functions 2006 Educational Technology (ET) Branch Introduction: District Education and Training Bhavan is a very important branch.  Be very helpful in the process of teaching children.  Develops children's activity.  As the education imparted with the help of educational tools is more sensual, the perceptiveness of the children increases and the learning becomes interesting.  


The main function of this department is CMDE.  To assist the department, the functions of the department are: 1. Creation and development of literature that helps the curriculum: In collaboration with other departments and resource persons of Talim Bhavan staff, elementary education and teachers will be provided with simple, effective and low cost tools (literature) for specific subjects and fields.  , Templates, diagrams, photographs, slides, templates, audio tapes, play writing, conversations, dialogues, songs, stories.  To develop and develop the skills of correct spelling, correct sentences, oral mathematics, etc.  Do the same for school and educators.  


2. Maintenance: - This department has to do special maintenance work.  Some equipment is expensive, some equipment is damaged by heat and rain, which can deteriorate if not properly maintained.  In this - 2.1 All visual-audio equipment of buildings' 2.2 Commuter Laboratory 2.3 Exhibition, exhibition room and exhibition box set up by buildings for good, low cost educational equipment developed in the building as well as outside the institute.  2.4 Maintenance of Library of Educational Country - Audio Cassettes.

3. Equipment borrowing and lending arrangements: Some of the equipment such as slides, cassettes, films, books in the mouth (for the epidioscope) that are expensive are available at institutions, centers where they have their own arrangements or can be availed with the help of other persons.  Lending and borrowing and using what others have, most teachers have a tape recorder, there is a TV in the Panchayat Bhavan in the village, some schools have a TV.  Provide audio-visual cassettes where they are provided and arrange for their use.

Management of programs under service: - To conduct programs under appropriate service for teachers in the field of educational technology in collaboration with other departments.  


These include educational broadcasting, television broadcasting, cassette library development - maintenance, and effective use.  The interrelationship of one department to another can do a lot of work.  A Shil that when the teaching work is done the helper of this department makes his slide, corresponds to the unit in the overhead projector, the drawing teacher draws the picture, writes the text etc. 


 Development of simple, inexpensive educational tools - such as charts, maps, models, pictures, slides, audio-tapes, dialogues - play lions, cards, dominoes (a kind of card educational game), work experience school  .  Conducting workshops for the above functions through this department of the building and with the help of other departments.  


Providing information related to educational resources: All programs of the building  Provide information pertaining to the Department of Educational Technology in activities.  Working closely with other departments.  Pre-service and in-service programs, school education |  Conduct training, programs, field interaction activities, material development, work research etc. for the training staff and provide technical assistance in the programs.
