Regarding the solution of the questions of HTAT head teachers in primary education,
Hon'ble Saheb Shri, Vande Mataram, to state that HTAT cadre has been formed from the year 2012 for the purpose of improving the quality of primary education in Gujarat. Due to which significant improvement has been seen in primary education. This composition has been able to take more than 05 years today.
The following questions have been submitted by HTAT Headmasters Union of Panchmahal Parliamentary constituency.
The questions are as follows: Regarding the announcement of recruitment rules of HTAT cadre, regarding the increase in the head teachers appointed by promotion, as per the notification, the matter of giving grade pay, giving the benefit of higher salary scale, eliminating discrepancies, canceling fluctuations Matter of giving promotion.
The above questions have been introduced which are recommended to be reduced.
