The school received low scores in the second criterion of attendance sub-sector only in the second major area. Although the average school attendance is more than 5%, the school has got low score in the second criterion because the school attendance is less than the average attendance of all the schools in its district. Here the average attendance of the school and the district is compared in this measure.
This means that other schools in the district are doing better in the individual attendance sub-sector than this school. The school should try to ensure regular attendance of all its students to score better in this sub-sector. It is not possible to get success in this sub-sector overnight, so the school has to think of concrete planning in this direction in its development plan in phases. Most competitive exams have a small number of informative questions so for success in such exams children should be taught to understand and rehearse the questions of higher level.
