Forming departments, the university should be renamed as "Bal Gokulam" for organizing an inspiring decentralized primary education system similar to the "Gokul Gram Yojana". E.g. Named "Bal Gokulam" (North) covering the districts of North Gujarat University.
• Bal Gokulam coordinates three main streams. Educational matters Administrative needs of children and parents. Bal Gokul has Kulnayak, Senate, Education Panchayat like Syndicate, which has representatives of teachers, guardians, public servants, writers, experts, government officials.
A high level committee will be formed to consider this, which will determine the structure, modus operandi, utility, goal of Bal Gokul and make a plan. D.P.E.P. (District Primary Education Program): With the help of World Bank, this project is being implemented in Banaskantha, Panchmahal and Dang districts where girls education is low.
* Students who have dropped out under various programs are being brought back to school to study. In Banaskantha, 755 children are studying in 40 classes under "Back to School" program. Of which 468 are girls. * 180 children study in 8 classes in Panchmahal. In which there are 105 girls. 11 119 children study in 7 classes in Dang district. In which there are 46 girls. લોકોએ The people there have contributed Rs. 6,44,500 financially to this program. Somewhere land has been found and somewhere water pipelines have also been found. Such classes are run in Haripura, Bhupanagar, Paninagar, Gobri Road in urban areas.
There are 605 children and 320 girls. * Preparations are being made to start an ashram school for girls near Radhanpur. Vav - A hostel with a capacity of 100 to 200 sisters is being started in Tharad. The cost of the house will be borne by the DPEP. The rest of the cost will be borne by the society and Bhansali Trust. * Schools for 10 gram hostels and agaryas will be started in the near future by a social organization like Ganatar.
Appointment of this committee: Fees are collected under the names of private primary school, secondary and higher school fee increase, donation for admission, school development fee, etc. * Many parents and teachers have complained about this. A committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of the Commissioner of Higher Education to resolve such issues and formulate certain rules.
Attempt to make primary education quality Many voluntary organizations contributing to the field of education in Gujarat have been organizing various programs in this field for years. Primary schools have many types of needs. The level of primary education can be raised in the next 5 years if such organizations join in the form of several campaigns to help intensify primary education. Keeping in view the purpose of getting sanskar along with education, the government Meetings of NGOs, Rotary Clubs, Lions Clubs, Giants Clubs were held on 14-3-99 to present what is required to improve the quality of primary education and what kind of help these organizations can provide, in which talukas or districts.
The response from the organizations was very welcome. They have assured to cooperate for 5 years. Is. Entrance Ceremony: Last year, 2,11,000 children were admitted in the first class through the entrance ceremony.
