Life Basic Literacy Understanding - Nitin Dalwadi The purpose of Early Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) is discussed here in detail.

This article about the process will be very useful to all Saraswatmitras.  According to the National Education Policy 2020, it is a top priority for the school education system to make basic literacy and numeracy skills universally accessible to all children by 203-2.  At present most of the students at primary level have not been able to achieve basic literacy and numeracy.

NEP, in this regard, under the auspices of the Ministry of Education (MoE), a National Mission on Foundations | Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), entitled "National Initiatives for Profeciency in Reading with Understanding & Numeracy (NIPUN WHE)".  Founded!  Therefore, by 2020, basic literacy and mastery of numeracy will repeat that this has been a crisis.

National Mission It is imperative that every child be removed quickly and immediately by the end of Std. 8, so that basic education can be achieved in schools and all students can have access to quality education.  States set priorities and efficient agendas for the Union Territories to achieve the basic literacy and goal for all children.

Why Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN)?  Acquiring knowledge of numerology should become an immediate national mission.  Students, their schools, teachers, basic learning is the basis of all future education for a child.  Immediate support and encouragement should be given in every way to help parents achieve all these important goals and missions, with parents acquiring basic skills along with the basic functions of comprehension, reading and mathematics, which really form the basis of all future education.

Recognizing the important role of basic skills in national development, it was announced under the 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' mission that a national basic literacy and numeracy mission would be launched to ensure that every child in the country must acquire basic literacy and numeracy.  For this purpose, a curriculum framework, attractive teaching materials (both online and offline), defined and measurable learning outcomes, pedagogy building, evaluation techniques, etc. will be developed for this purpose by 206-2.

Doing so leaves the child unprepared for the complexities of the course beyond Std.  Recognizing the importance of elementary education, the National Education Policy 2030 states that by 203-2, our primary schools should have the highest priority to acquire universal basic literacy and numeracy knowledge.  If this most basic education (i.e., basic reading, writing and arithmetic) is not achieved first, the rest of this policy will be irrelevant to most of our students.  To this end, the Ministry of Education (MoE) is setting up a national mission on basic literacy and numeracy on a primary basis.  This mission will focus on the following areas.  Enrollment and enrollment of children in the basic years of school as well as their retention.
