The school received low scores in the second criterion of attendance only in the second major. Although the average Kajri of the school is more than 3%, the school has got low score in the second criterion because the attendance of that school is less than the average attendance of all the schools in its district. Here the average attendance of the school and the district is compared in this measure.
This means that other schools in the district are doing better in the ‘attendance sub-sector’ than this school. The school should try to ensure regular attendance of all its students to score better in this sub-sector. Now let us understand the appearance in the third main area of this school from the following image.
Co-educational Activities 100.00% 100,00% 100.00% 10,00 100.00% € 6.0% 26.00% 96.00% 21:06 € 3.00% As can be seen here the school gets low scores only in the sub-fields related to participation in competitive examinations in this main field.
The three examinations applicable at primary level and observed under Merit 3.0 are primary drawing, scholarship and NMMS. The school should make a definite plan keeping these three examinations in the center. It is not possible to get success in this sub-sector overnight, so the school has to think of concrete planning in this direction in its development plan in phases.
Most of the competitive exams have less number of informational questions so for success in such exams children should be trained in comprehension and above level questions. This requires the school teachers to keep rehearsing questions in their regular teaching work and in various school activities such as prayer meetings, question forums, etc., rather than thinking of a separate plan. Here this criterion will once again be associated with classroom work.
The questions asked in the classroom should be used by the teachers as an effective tool of study which will help the children to succeed in the competitive examinations going forward. The fourth major area is resources and their use. Let us understand the result of the fourth major area of this school with the help of the following image. September - October - 206
