If the teacher reads only the book and does not read the head, then he cannot enter into the mental creation of the character. The teacher should be able to read the child's mind. It is said in the scriptures that if you are sitting, you are in mind: Shivravavamastu and that is all.
The true teacher has to find the right student. To most students today, school feels like a prison. I have also seen a big man die and have to go on school leave. How happy the students are to run home when the bell suddenly rings! The way the boys run. What a surprise to see that a caged bird was searching for its sky and how quickly it flew away!
This is the mentality of today's student. We must change this mentality. Care should be taken to ensure that the student's mood does not deteriorate at all. And this is the responsibility of the teacher. In this regard, I liked what Mr. Dilip Singh Bhai said.
He said that it was important to organize such a Chitan Shibir from village to village to reflect on the welfare of the child and it was important that Raik should be indirectly involved in the daily activities of the child besides education.
