In view of the above subject and context, the State Government has stated that the various skills and talents of the students, such as painting, poetry, essay, oratory, etc., can be used to inspire and encourage the students and to guide the gifted students this year. As part of the celebration of Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav, various programs are organized under Kala-Utsav.

These programs are properly managed and planned in every district from school level to district level with the coordination of DIET principals, DPEOs, governors and DEOs. 1. As part of "Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav" program in all upper primary, secondary and higher secondary schools in the state, various competitions such as drawing, poetry, essay and oratory competition will have to be organized in the art festival, 2. This competition will be organized in three sections.
b. Secondary Department Upper Primary Department c. Higher Secondary Department Std. - For students of Std. 6 to 8 - Std. for students of Std. 9 to 10 - For students of Std. 11 to 12 3. School Level Competition: Drawing, Poetry, Essay and Eloquence Competition will have to be organized. 4. Cluster / UDC Level Competition: Cluster | QDC Level Competition is organized on the basis of the entry of first class competitors from schools for various competitions.

Selection has to be made and only the entry of the first place winning contestant from each of these sections will be entered S.V.S. Must be sent for level competition. 5. Taluka / SVS Level Competition: Cluster at Taluka Level | The first, second and third place contestants will have to be selected from among the competitions based on the entry of the first place contestants for various competitions from QDC and only the entry of the first place winner contestant from each of these sections will have to be sent for district level competition.
Coordination of taluka level competition Taluka Primary Education Officer, BR, c. Co. and S.V.S. Will stay with the convener. 6. District level competition: Based on the entry of first class competitors from taluka level / SVS for various competitions at district level, first, second and third class contestants will have to be selected and only first class winners from each category will be selected. The entry of the contestant has to be sent for the state level competition. The district level competition will be organized by DIET. 7. The following prizes will be given for each of the painting, poetry, essay and oratory competitions to be held under the Art Festival.
