Introduction: The Kovid-12 epidemic has spread in the country since March 2020. Both mothers and fathers of many children in the state have died during this period of the Corona epidemic. The issue of providing financial assistance and other types of schemes to orphaned children on the basis of priority was under active consideration of the Government.
At the end of adequate consideration, it is decided to implement the following scheme to help such orphaned children during the period of Kovid-12 epidemic. Resolution: To implement a new scheme covering various sections called "Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana" to provide training, loans and assistance for the upbringing, education, health and self-employment of orphaned children as per the following eligibility during the Covid-12 epidemic period subject to the following conditions.
It is hereby resolved that (a) Children in the age group of 6 to 18 years whose parents have died during the Corona period will be entitled to the benefit of this scheme irrespective of the income limit. (B) Adoptive parents of a child whose parents have died before the corona period, but also a re-orphaned child who has died during the corona period, will also be entitled to the benefit of this scheme irrespective of income.
