This department has to think about the planning and management of the work of all the departments. Planning, evaluation and technical assistance is also to be provided to the institutions outside the building working with all the departments related to education - schools, school complexes, centers etc.
Branch work: (1) Planning and management related work: To provide planning and management information in all programs / activities of Talim Bhavan such as pre-service pre-teacher education, in-service education, field service of school education adult education, functional research etc. and school mapping. (Mapping), micro planning, school complex planning and institutional planning.
(2) Annual planning of district buildings: To prepare annual, three-year and five-year institutional planning of district education and training buildings, to prepare new self-assessment report every year. (3) Progress Monitoring and Information - Maintenance of Bases: Primary | To monitor the progress made in various planning and implementation to achieve the goals of universalization, stabilization,
national literacy of primary education and to maintain the statistical basis required for its development. (3) Policy Advice to Important Areas: To conduct policy work to provide policy advice to the Primary Planning, Educational Planning Co of National Literacy Campaign, Administrators and Education Committees.
