Fro those apiring for academic careerand seeking to enhance thaeir teacing and research experience, IRMA invites applications for the position of Academic Associate in the area of Eonomics.
Job responsibilities : Academic Associate will work closely with faculty members in the area and assis them in undertaking following activities :
Assist the faculty in eavaluation of Classs Participation
Assist the faculty in searching material for coursepck
Assist the faculty in designing quizzes and examinations
Assist the faculty in evaluating answer papers and assigning of grading
Assist the faculty in taking tutorial classes
Attend he inviglition dutiesas and when assigned by PRM/FPRM/PRMXoffice
Facilitating group assignmens to students.
The Academic Associate considered for the position will be expected to hone thei abilities and leave the institute richer for the experience armed with the ability o take up higher positions in well knwn institutions.
Required qualifications :
Post graduate in Economics with a minimum of 55% is quallifiedto apply. Candidates should be fluent in MS office and data analytic applications like SPSS/STATA/ R.
Remuneration :
The selected candidate will be given a consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000/- per month.
Duration:
Appointements will be made purely on contract basis for a period of two years with a probation period og one year. The contract will be extendable by one year depending upon suitability to both parties.
Age : Not mor than 35years of age
Selection process :
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal intevies the interview may also be done from remote measures. Travel fareAc III will be reimburse for candidates nvited to campus for interview. The selected candidatejoin at a short notice.
